Vision, Purpose, and Mission

The Great Commandment

"'You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets." ~ Jesus (Matthew 22:37-40)

The Great Commission

"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen." ~ Jesus (Matthew 28:19,20)

Vision Statement

Our vision is to see each person reached with the Gospel of Christ and living their lives for Him, no longer we who live, but Christ in us. (Gal. 2:20)

Purpose Statement

Our purpose is to glorify God through the transforming of lives into Christ-likeness. This is accomplished by the Holy Spirit as we lovingly function in church body life: worshipping God; loving the people; reaching the lost; teaching God's Word and discipling His people to the fullness of Christian maturity.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to evangelize and disciple the people of our community and the world through a loving, Christ-centered church; reaching, teaching and encouraging each person to the fullness of Christian maturity.
